- Objective.
The purpose of EVENIA TRAVEL’s Privacy Policy is to protect information on the Internet and data that the user may enter on the website.

EVENIA TRAVEL informs that it fully complies with current legislation regarding the protection of personal data, as well as with the confidentiality commitments inherent to its activity.
In accordance with the provisions of Art. 5 of Organic Law 15/1999 on Data Protection and its implementing regulations, the user expressly consents to the data provided throughout the provision of the service, whether during the reservation process or through the contact form to request information, being collected and processed in an automated file owned by EVENIA TRAVEL S.L., with registered office at Calle Muntaner 401 entlo. 1ª 08021 Barcelona, Spain.
The purpose of this processing is to provide you with optimal customer service and, in the event of contracting our services, to comply with billing and payment requirements, company accounting and auditing, statistical analysis, as well as to conduct satisfaction surveys and commercial communications by email, mobile channel, or telemarketing, regarding EVENIA TRAVEL’s products and services, services offered through EVENIA TRAVEL’s website that may be of interest to the user due to their similarity to the ones contracted. In the event that the user does not wish to receive commercial communications by email, they can contact EVENIA TRAVEL at any time by writing to the Marketing department at the above-mentioned postal address or by email to marketing@evenia.travel, properly identifying themselves (and including the reference “Ref. Data Protection”). Likewise, the user may also exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition by written communication, attaching a photocopy of their ID card or equivalent identification document, by writing to the Marketing department at the above-mentioned postal address or by email to info@evenia.travel, properly identifying themselves (and including the reference “Ref. Data Protection”).
Likewise, the user expressly consents to the data provided and those that may be collected throughout the provision of the service being transferred to companies of the EVENIA Group in accordance with the regulations described below, for the effective provision of the contracted service (billing and reservation management) and for sending commercial communications related to (i) EVENIA TRAVEL’s products and services and those of the EVENIA Group companies (located in Spain, European Union countries, and abroad), in similar sectors to those contracted; as well as (ii) products and services from third parties (located in Spain, European Union countries, and abroad), in similar sectors to those contracted. EVENIA TRAVEL does not transfer personal data without the express consent of users, which is granted through registration acceptance, and they are only transferred for the stated purpose and always with the user’s consent. At the time the customer makes a reservation for any service through the website, the user gives their consent for EVENIA TRAVEL to transmit, if necessary, to the collaborators (identified as appropriate) necessary for the effective provision of the contracted service, the personal data strictly necessary for the performance of said service. The user’s authorization for the processing and transfer of their personal data may be revoked, without retroactive effect, in accordance with the applicable regulations. Such revocation will result in the cancellation of the services offered on the website.
EVENIA TRAVEL guarantees the adoption of appropriate measures to ensure the confidential treatment of such data and will take the necessary measures to prevent their alteration, loss, processing, or unauthorized access, taking into account at all times the state of technology in accordance with the provisions of current Spanish legislation on the protection of personal data.
- User access keys.
When registering on the website, the user will choose a username, and a private and confidential password will be sent to the email account provided for this purpose, which can later be modified in the “MY ACCOUNT” section. Access keys, login, password are personal and non-transferable. The user undertakes to make diligent and lawful use of them and not to make them available to third parties.
EVENIA TRAVEL is not responsible for the misuse of the user’s access code and password. The user must immediately notify EVENIA TRAVEL (at the address booking@evenia.travel) of any loss, theft, theft, or any incident that implies a risk of access by third parties to the mentioned keys, assuming responsibility for their misuse, improper use, or fraudulent use, and the consequences that may arise from this.
In any case, the user can use the procedure enabled in the “MY ACCOUNT” section of the website to modify the aforementioned keys.

Unless EVENIA TRAVEL has previously and in writing authorized it, a link, hyperlink, framing, or similar link cannot be inserted on the website. In any case, EVENIA TRAVEL does not exercise any control over them, nor does it respond to the information accessed or the use made by the user or third parties.
- Blogs/Forums.
The user may access blogs or forums created by EVENIA TRAVEL on its website. User comments are their sole responsibility, and in the event that they violate minimum rules of respect for third parties, good customs, morals, or the law, such comments may be deleted by the blog editor without the need for prior consent from the user. The user is responsible for false or inaccurate statements and for any harm caused to the website or third parties by the information they publish on the blog/forum.
- Modification.
EVENIA TRAVEL reserves the right to modify its Privacy and Data Protection Policy in order to adapt it, illustratively but not limited to, to legislative or jurisprudential developments, or to the interpretation of the Spanish Data Protection Agency or the competent official bodies in the matter, or due to strategic corporate decisions, with effect from the date of publication of such modification on the website.
