1. Purpose
The purpose of this document is to regulate the rules of use for the Website (hereinafter, “General Conditions”) and to safeguard the protection of its users. The terms “You” and “User” refer to all individuals and/or entities accessing this website for any reason.
EVENIA TRAVEL provides, through the Website (and its other official websites), information and services related to our hotels, such as online room bookings, image galleries, customer service, and various evolving promotions (hereinafter, the “Services”).
2. Browsing and Acceptance of General Conditions
The use of the Website and/or its services grants you the status of User and implies full and unreserved acceptance of each of the General Conditions set forth in the latest updated version. The user should be aware of the importance of reading them upon every visit to the Website.
3. User Registration
Registration: User registration is completely free of charge and is an essential condition for contracting services through the Website (under the “MY ACCOUNT” section). During the registration process, specific data will be requested to process service bookings.
Username and Password: If the user chooses to register, a username and password will be requested under the terms outlined in the Privacy and Data Protection Policy.
Age: The user declares that they are of legal age (over 18 years old) and possess the necessary legal capacity to contract the services, fully understanding and accepting these General Terms of Use.
Minors: If the user is a minor, authorization from parents or legal guardians will be required prior to booking, including the submission of supporting documentation (such as a signed authorization letter accompanied by a copy of an ID/Passport sent via email or fax).

In accordance with Art. 5 of Organic Law 15/1999 on Data Protection and its development regulations, the user expressly consents that personal data provided during the booking or contact process be stored and processed in an automated file owned by EVENIA TRAVEL S.L., located at Calle Muntaner 401 entlo. 1ª 08021 Barcelona, Spain.
The purpose of this processing is to provide optimal customer service, fulfill billing and accounting requirements, conduct statistical analysis, perform satisfaction surveys, and send commercial communications via email, mobile, or telemarketing regarding EVENIA TRAVEL products and services. Users can opt out or exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition by writing to the Marketing Department at the above address or emailing info@evenia.travel (Ref. Data Protection).
Users also consent to data sharing with EVENIA Group companies for effective booking operations and promotional communications regarding similar products or services.

7. Website Use and Service Booking

7.2. Booking Procedure: Users can create an account in “MY ACCOUNT” and complete bookings. A confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours of booking. If not received, the user must contact EVENIA TRAVEL immediately.
7.3. Guarantee: Bookings are guaranteed for 24 hours via credit card. No-shows without prior notice will result in a charge for the first night (including VAT and taxes) or the fee stipulated in the rate conditions.
7.4. Cancellation or Termination: Credit cards serve as a guarantee. Cancellations made prior to the rate deadline incur no penalty. Late cancellations or early departures will be subject to applicable cancellation fees without refunds.
7.5. Room Rates: Rates are valid only in writing. Prices include VAT. Local tourism taxes must be paid directly at the hotel. All transactions on www.evenia.travel are charged in Euros (€); displayed foreign currency values are for informational purposes only.
7.6. Payment: Payments can be processed directly via credit card or bank transfer through our secure payment gateway.
7.7. Errors: EVENIA TRAVEL is not responsible for booking errors caused by inaccurate or incomplete data provided by the user.
7.8. Modifications & Refunds: Modifications can be managed under “MY BOOKINGS”. Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer within 30 days.
8. Intellectual Property and Copyright
All Website contents, graphic designs, and source codes are protected by copyright and intellectual property rights. Reproduction, distribution, or public display without prior written permission from EVENIA TRAVEL (info@evenia.travel) is strictly prohibited.
9. Modifications and Limitation of Liability
9.1. Modifications: EVENIA TRAVEL reserves the right to update these General Conditions. Continued use implies acceptance of updated terms.
9.2. Liability: EVENIA TRAVEL does not guarantee uninterrupted Website availability but will endeavor to resolve technical issues promptly. EVENIA TRAVEL is not responsible for user-generated comments.
