Do you organize events for international companies in Spain?
Yes, we regularly work with companies and agencies based outside Spain that require a local DMC on the ground. We coordinate all operations in Spanish, English, or French.
What is the difference between a DMC and a generalist event agency?
A DMC (Destination Management Company) knows the destination firsthand: it has its own local suppliers, does not blind-subcontract, and responds quickly because it operates physically where the event takes place.
Do you work with fixed or custom budgets?
Both. We can adapt to a fixed budget or design a proposal from scratch based on the specific requirements of the event.
How far in advance do you need to organize an event?
It depends on the size and season, but we recommend reaching out with at least 6–8 weeks’ lead time for medium-sized events, and several months in advance for large congresses.
